how to sculpt a nuclear groove in phaco / cataract surgery

Sculpting a groove in the nucleus is required for techniques such as divide-and-conquer and stop-and-chop. The groove works best when we understand how wide and deep to make it and also the path of the phaco probe required for best efficiency and highest safety.
