very easy Alvr setup for the pico streaming

1. Download ALVR_Installer_v20.0.0.exe and alvr_client_android.apk from the following link: https://github.com/alvr-org/ALVR-nigh...
2. Run and Install ALVR with the use of ALVR_Installer_v20.0.0.exe, default settings in the installer are fine enough
3. install alvr_client_android.apk using adb: 'adb install alvr_client_android.apk'
4. Run alvr and get ready for small configuration, go to settings on the left most pane, and change the following settings:
Video Tab:
set the Video Resolution to 150%, refresh rate to 90hz or 72hz depending on your preferences, video codec to HEVC, enable Reduce color banding, set video bitrate to 200, disable adaptive bitrate, enable foveated encoding, set horizontal compression ratio to 4 and vertical compression ratio to 6, set oculusFoveationLevel to none, disable dynamicOculusFoveation, enable color correction, set saturation to 0.5, gamma to 1, sharpening to 1.33.
Connection Tab:
set the Streaming protocol to TCP.
5. Open the client on the PICO and make sure you see the text about waiting for server and trusting it.
6. Go back to your PC and in ALVR Dashboard go to monitor and click trust on the device shown there.
7. Come back to the headset and it should be streaming the Steam VR now.
