The instruments that musicians recognize as “classics” are those that are loved and always in use, regardless of times and trends. The word “classic” symbolizes musical instruments that are revolutionary in their field. There may be imitations of a classic, but the distinct character of the original shines more brilliantly and is only enhanced by time.
Two decades ago, the portable, battery powered microKORG was born with a radical new micro-keybed, a powerful Vocoder and ready-to-use sounds ideal for contemporary genres delivering countless hit performances, and instantly revolutionizing the way musicians played and!
This compact sound monster introduced synthesis to a vast number of non keyboard playing musicians and created a way of making music we now take for granted: a small keyboard resting unassumingly atop a larger one onstage, made for use by hobbyists and pros alike and finding itself front and center of studios worldwide from the smallest bedroom to the largest pro recording facility.
To celebrate the 20th anniversary of its release, the special edition microKORG Crystal offers a unique and stunningly stylish take on this beloved synth - now a classic in its own right.

La palabra "clásico" simboliza instrumentos musicales que son revolucionarios en su campo. Puede haber imitaciones de un clásico, pero el carácter distintivo del original brilla más y sólo se realza con el tiempo.
Hace dos décadas, nació microKORG, portátil y alimentado por pilas, con un nuevo y radical micro-teclado, un potente Vocoder y sonidos listos para usar, ideales para los géneros contemporáneos, que ofrecieron innumerables éxitos y revolucionaron instantáneamente la forma de tocar de los músicos.
Este monstruo de sonido compacto presentó la síntesis a un gran número de músicos que no tocaban teclados, y creó una forma de hacer música que ahora damos por sentada: Un pequeño teclado que descansa sin pretensiones sobre uno más grande en el escenario, hecho para ser utilizado por aficionados y profesionales por igual, y que se encuentra en el centro de los estudios de todo el mundo, desde el dormitorio más pequeño hasta la mayor instalación de grabación profesional.
Para celebrar el 20 aniversario de su lanzamiento, la edición especial microKORG Crystal ofrece una versión única e increíblemente elegante de este querido sintetizador, convertido ya en un clásico por derecho propio.
