Let me show you how to make the eat more plants official BEER-BATTERED FISH AND CHIPS with homemade vegan tartar sauce. Today I searched the internet and there are no recipes using this ingredient! This is the first vegan fish and chips recipe to use 🍄SEAFOOD MUSHROOM - a mushroom that naturally has a flavor of the sea. No, it doesn't contain any seafood! Haha it's a plant-based alternative to fish that is cheaper, healthier, and one might argue, even tastier. You can find Seafood Mushrooms at your local Asian supermarket. If you can't find these mushrooms in your area, you can substitute any plant-based protein you want - tofu (marinated), banana blossom, oyster mushrooms, hearts of palm, etc. Just wrap it in nori, dip it, shake off the excess batter really well and fry until golden brown. 📺make sure to watch in 4K📺 1st half of each video is cooking, second half is eating what I cook. 🍃Subscribe to my YouTube Channel: 🍃Follow me on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/eatmoreplantsofficial/ 🍃My Kitchen and Pantry Items: https://www.amazon.com/shop/eatmoreplantsofficial 🍃Support the Channel PayPal: https://paypal.me/dawsonwatkins123?lo... Keys to this recipe... - wrap the nori seaweed around the seafood mushrooms as tightly as you can without breaking it, then wet it and hold it there to dry. - use one seaweed sheet per "fish." rip off any excess nori seaweed as once it rolled or leave it on if you like it! personally, I ripped off the corner of the nori before rolling and it worked pretty well I would say. - use a wire rack when removing the fried "fish" from the oil, if you put it in a paper towel too long, it will get soggy. The Eat More Plants Official VEGAN TARTAR SAUCE🍃🍃🍃 1/2 cup Vegan Mayo 2 tbsp Lemon Juice 3 tbsp fresh Dill 1 heaping tbsp Capers 3 tbsp Dill Pickle (or about 3/4 of a medium Dill Pickle) 1/2 tbsp Dijon Mustard 1/2 tbsp Sugar or sweetener of choice 1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
