This video is all about how to dig clams in Maine along the seacoast. We visited the marsh in Wells Maine in March to dig these clams. We dug the clams with a local clam digger who gave us lots of tips and insights to conside should you decide to go digging clams in Maine.
Are you thinking about building a campground? Glamping in Maine is on the rise and this channel is all about how to build a campground in Sanford Maine. Campground construction is not an easy process and involves many steps and lots of communication with the town and state officals as well as the neighbors.
Campgrounds are typically opposed in populated areas by neighbors who don't want them in their back yard. It is very important when building a camping or glamping experience to be sensitive to the enviroment as well as the neighbors who will border the park.
This channel is all about our journey on how to build a campground. We are in Sanford Maine. My family and I purchased over 100 acres that connects to a 30 acre pond called Sand Pond. This channel is dedicated to the journey we are on with the entire process.

* meetings with the neighbors
* communicate frequently with code enforcement
* water requirements
* dealing with sewerage in a new campground

* calculating impervious surface
