7) Qualified instructor to prepare you for driving test
8) More flexibility with job choice once you graduate
Here are some Pros & Cons for Paid CDL Training :
1) No out of pocket fees
2) Must travel to companies training facility
3) Ability to get paid for training
4) Commitment to work for the company for a predetermined time frame
5) You already have a job when you get your CDL
6) When training is complete you typically work for lower wages
7) Might need to ride along and team with another driver during training
