Starting as a new waitress or new waiter is a lot of stress! In this waiter training video you will learn how to be a good waiter and keep working hard without going crazy!

So we are subject to a lot of stress and a lot of people turn to alcohol or drugs or just go insane because they can not handle the stress! Learn to let it go!
