Does silver chloride react with nitric acid?
NO
if it somehow did, it would be a double displacement reaction, and you'd end up with sliver nitrate (which is soluble in water) and hydrochloric acid (which is also soluble in water) ... so no precipitate or gas would form, and the only thing that would occur is AgCl disappearing. But then, a double displacement reaction would occur between those two things, and you'd reform the silver chloride precipitate.
NO REACTION.
