Vanilla sugar - 10 g

Butter - 50 g
Flour - about 250 g
Salt - a pinch

Vanilla sugar - 10 g

Cream - 100-200 g

1. Dissolve yeast in milk, add a little flour and sugar from the general norm, let the yeast activate.
2. Add eggs, soft butter at room temperature, sugar, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, flour. Knead a soft, sticky dough with a spoon or spatula. Cover the bowl with cling film and put in a warm place for 40-60 minutes.
3. Lubricate the form with butter, spread the dough in an even layer. Put the dough in a warm place for 20-30 minutes. Lubricate the finger with vegetable oil and make indentations over the entire surface of the dough. Mix sugar, vanilla sugar and glaze oil. Sprinkle the cake with this mixture. Bake for 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
4. Take out the cake, pour over the cream, put in the oven for another 5-10 minutes. Take out the cake and let it cool until warm. Warm pie is the best!
