This is one kind of Spanish artisanal olive oil cracker with anise, in the style of the Inés Rosales brand. Made from extra virgin olive oil with orange zest and orange juice. Each cake has only 2.5 grams of sugar, making it a healthy snack to accompany tea or coffee. The preparation is very simple, you do not need any machine, a spoon is enough.
