Dr. H.C. Verma known  for one of his most famous books, the concept of physics, is a well known physicist and professor at IIT Kanpur. He has himself gone through sweet and sour experiences of school education system in India. Apart from his regular assignments, he has taken many socio-educational initiative for the benefit of education and society. Some of these initiatives are School Physics Project, Siksha Sopan, and Utsahi Physics Teachers.
