How to Fix BMW E36 Broken Seat Handle Lever

A broken seat handle lever in a BMW E36 is actually easier to fix than you would think. My 1997 BMW 328is Coupe driver side seat would not move up so you can get into the back from the driver side. The passenger side worked. I investigate and solve the problem. The problem is fixed and now my seat works!
