Ingredients for Green Chutney:
Coriander leaves (Cilantro) – 1 bunch / 1 ½ cups
Mint leaves (Pudina) – ¾ cup
Ginger – ½ inch piece
Garlic – 2 cloves
Green Chillies – 3 to 4 (or as per taste)
Lime Juice – 1 Tbsp.
Roasted Cumin Seeds (Jeera) – 1 Tsp
Coconut (or Roasted Bengal Gram/Chana Dal or Soaked Cashews) – 1Tbsp
Salt to taste
Water – ¼ cup Approx.
