This is a winner when it coming to Breakfast, the omelette is packed with cheese and bacon. If you're looking for something to cook early in the morning that's easy, simple, and quick...this recipe is for you. What do you like cooking with your omelette recipe? Breakfast food will give you a HUGE boost when needed...But, I'll eat homemade breakfast food before eating McDonald's.

Ingredients:
3 eggs
Cooked bacon (chopped)
1/2 cup cheddar cheese blend
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/2 tablespoon bacon grease
Parsley for garnish

Direction:
1. Using a nonstick skillet, set stove to Med-High heat add butter and bacon grease, coat skillet well before cooking.
2. Add your eggs, using a spatula move your eggs to the center of the skillet, this will help cook the runny eggs on top.
3. Add your cheese, and bacon right down the middle of your omelette. Gently fold your egg omelette and add more cheese and bacon on top.
4.  Sprinkle with parsley to garnish and this omelette is ready to serve.

NOTE: YOU DON'T NEED SALT OR ANY OTHER SEASONING...EASY AND SIMPLE.
