Ingredients You Need

16 Cups Rhubarb (Washed & Cut Into 1/2 Inch Pieces)
16 Cups Strawberries (Washed & Stems Removed)
7 Cups White Sugar

Once you have the Rhubarb & Strawberries washed and prepared now place them both into the Oversized pot on Medium heat.  You should keep stirring off and on as you don't want your ingredients to burn on.  Once the Mixture has broken down a bit now add the White Sugar into the pot also.  

Cook rapidly until thickened, yet still stirring again.  Cook Homemade Jam until you've reached desired tenderness.  Skim off any foam from the top and pour Jam Mixture into each Jar(s).

This Jam can be stored at room temperature for up to one year in a cool dry dark place, like a Pantry.
