Garam masala pulav
Oil                          1 tbsp
Ghee                      1 tbsp
Green cardamom   2 pcs
Black cardamom    1 pc
Bayleaf                   2 pcs
Black pepper          6-7 pcs
Cloves                    4-5 pcs
Cinnamon               ½ inch
Cashew                  1 tbsp
Raisins                   1 tbsp
Onion sliced           ½ cup
Green peas            ⅓ cup
Soaked rice            1 cup
Water                     1 ½ cup
Salt                        1 tbsp
Heat a pan, add oil, ghee, green cardamom black cardamom, bayleaf , black  pepper, cloves, cinnamon and let it crackle.
Then add cashew, raisins and saute.
Add sliced onion and cook until it gets golden brown.
Then add green peas and saute.
Add soaked rice, water, salt and cook
Once the boiled comes, turn flame to the low and cook it for 7-8 mins covering it up.

Aloo baingan suwa
Mustard oil.                      2 tbsp
Jeera                                ½ tbsp
Red chilli powder              ½ tbsp
Potatoes dices (peeled)    2 cups
Ginger chopped                ½ tbsp
Green chillies chopped     1 tsp
Salt                                    ½ tbsp
Turmeric powder               1 tsp
Coriander powder.             1 tbsp
Baingan dices                    3 cups
Tomatoes chopped            ½ cup
Dill leaves chopped           ¼ cup
Coriander chopped            1 tbsp
Amchur powder                  ½ tbsp

Heat a pan, add mustard oil, jeera, red chilli, potato dices and saute.
Then add chopped ginger, chopped green chillies and cook for a few seconds.
Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder and saute them.
Add diced baingan, some water and cook for 15-20 mins by covering it up.
Then add chopped tomatoes and cook for 4-5 mins.
Lastly add chopped dill leaves, chopped coriander, amchur powder and cook for 1-2 mins..

Subz paneer makhan makhane wala
Paneer cubes                           1 cup
Makhana                                  ½ cup
Oil                                             4 tbsp
Tomatoes                                  6 nos.
Onions sliced                             2 nos.
Water                                         as required
Green Chilli                               2-3 pcs
Black Cardamom                      1 pcs
Green Cardamom                     2 pcs
Cloves                                      5-6 pcs
Mace                                        1 pc
Kashmiri Red Chillies               2-3 pcs
Bay Leaves                               1-2 pcs
Cinnamon                                  1 inch
Garlic chopped                          1 tbsp
Garlic cloves                              7-8 pcs
Ginger                                        ½ inch
Ginger juliennes                         1 tbsp                        
Coriander stems                        5-6 pcs
Cashew                                      1 tbsp
Cauliflower florets                      ½ cup
Carrot                                         ½ cup
Green peas                                ¼ cup
French beans                             ½ cup
Ghee                                          1 tbsp
Garlic chopped                           ½ tbsp
Ginger chopped                         ½ tbsp
Capsicum diced                         ½ cup
Garam masala                           1 tsp
Kasoori methi                             1 tbsp
Fresh cream                               2 tbsp

Heat a pan, add oil, diced tomatoes, onion sliced and saute.
Then add red chillies, cashew, garlic, ginger, coriander stems, green chillies and cook for 1-2 mins.
Add bay leaf, cinnamon, mace, black cardamom, green cardamom, cloves and saute them.
Add water, salt and cook for 10-15 mins. Cool it down, remove whole spices and make a paste of it. Keep it aside until further use.
Heat a pan, add ghee, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, capsicum diced, all boiled vegetables and saute them add makhani gravy, paneer cubes, makhana and cook for 2-3 mins.

Daliya grinded        1 tbsp
Ajwain                     1 tsp
Salt                         ½ tbsp
Jeera                      1 tsp
Besan                     3 tbsp
Red chilli powder    1 tsp
Turmeric powder     ½ tsp
Jeera powder          ½ tsp
Saunf powder         1 tsp
Coriander powder  1 tsp
Sesame seeds       1 tsp

Fruit raita
Apple dices                  ½ cup
Banana dices               ½ cup
Pomegranate               2 tbsp
Curd                             1 cup
Salt                               ½ tsp
Roasted jeera powder  1 tsp
Sugar                            ½ tbsp
Red chilli powder          ½ tsp
Mint leaves                   9-10 pcs


Rose phirni
Soak grinded rice      ½ cup
Milk                            2 cups
Rose syrup                2 tbsp
Cashew chopped      1 tbsp
Almonds chopped     1 tbsp
Raisins chopped        ½ tbsp
