Asbestos Pre-Trial | Court to hear Ace Magashule's bid to have corruption charges dropped

Suspended ANC Secretary General Ace Magashule's application to have the corruption charges against him withdrawn will be heard in the Bloemfontein High Court today.  Magashule and 15 co-accused are facing fraud, corruption and money laundering charges relating to the alleged irregular awarding of a R255-million asbestos roof removal contract.  He claims that the case is politically motivated.
