This beautiful swag is budget friendly at less then $20 to make if you had to purchase all the items. Use what you have on hand and make it your own. I will show you how to construct this festive Valentine's Day swag. Let's get started!

Dollar Tree ~ 3 pink or white trees, 2 rolls of Valentine ribbon, 3 large red heart picks, 1 pkg. small heart picks, red heart table scatter, 1 stem white hearts, 2 stems mini roses, wood icon Valentine (2 Love pink, 3 pink lips)
