1. 16853 MS - TPJ Cholan with Long Hood Front (LHF), EMD-style honking GOC WDG3A #13436, Skipping Mambalam..

2. 16854 TPJ - MS Cholan with the same Loco, but in its Short Hood Front (SHF) mode, with the Classic ALCo horns and in a much more Aggressive mood. Surprisingly, this train attacked Mambalam at MPS, which is a very rare scene as it trails a Beach-bound MEMU very closely, and is often made to crawl behind it. I was accompanied by Railfan Sriram Srinivasan while capturing this one..
