Learn how to start your own Facebook live stream with our step-by-step video tutorial. We’ll show you how to live stream on Facebook, and give you tips to make your streams the best they can be!
To live stream on Facebook, launch the Facebook app on your mobile device or tablet. Tap Live at the top of the screen. Type in a description for your stream. Edit your stream’s privacy settings. Tap Start Live Video when you’d like to begin streaming. Tap Finish when you’re ready to end the stream.
Tap the Magic Wand to access fun special effects and filters. Tap a filter to apply it. To switch between the front and back cameras on your device, tap the camera icon. Tap the lightning bolt icon to turn on your camera’s flash and brighten up your live video. Tap the comment icon to write a comment to your viewers. You can ‘like’ your viewers’ comments by tapping the thumbs up button beside their comment.
Tips to Improve Your Facebook Live Stream:
1. Ensure you have a strong Internet connection before beginning your stream.
2. Check out other people’s live streams for inspiration.
3. Take advantage of the fun filters and effects Facebook has to offer. These can make your stream more exciting.
