Matar Pulao/Rice recipe

Ingredients

Rice = 1 Cup ( Soaked for 1 hour)
Oil = 1/2 Cup
Fried Onions = 3 Tbsp
Tomato Paste = 1 Tbsp
Garlic = 1 Tbsp
Chicken Cube = 1
Cinnamon Stick = 1
Cloves (Laung) = 4
Black Pepper Corns (Kali Mirch) = 10
Peas = as many as you like
Salt = according to taste
Boiling water = 2 Cups
Cumin = 1/2 Tsp
Green Chillies = 3

Method
In a pan add oil, fried onions, tomato paste, garlic and chicken cube. Mix. Add some water to make it soft. Now add cinnamon stick, cloves and pepper. Also add peas and salt. Once the oil seperates add 2 Cup Boiling water. And add soaked rice.
Cover and cook on high heat until the water evaporates. When only 10% water left and it starts bubbling add cumin and green chilli. Now cover and leave it on very low heat for 20 - 30 minutes on dum.
Open and serve.
