We're living in a world where every single person is rare. We all have something distinctive about us. How we move, speak, think, write and feel. These are all things that describe who we are and what we like. Our genes make us unique. For the entire time the human race has existed, genes have been passed down from offspring to offspring. We are different from each other. Our ancestors have handed down characteristics that define our heritage. Yet, and still, on a biological level, some individuals are particularly extraordinary or more unique. These are some of the rare features very few people have, from extra body parts to heightened senses. How features are determined wasn't always understood.
In this video, we listed the rarest trait a person could have. The traits are measured in terms of the probability of world population prevalence. All humans have something in common with their genetic material. Such similarities allow us to describe ourselves as rare and unique. Which of these traits do you have?
