You will need
-3 lbs Beef Inside Top Round Roast
-3 Cloves of Garlic crushed
-Garlic Powder
-Onion Powder
-Salt and Pepper
-Montreal Steak Spice
-2 Cups of Beef Stock
-1/4 Juice of a Lemon
-Rosemary, Sage and Thyme Finley chopped. (sprinkle on top of roast before roasting.)
