Ingredients :
Baked wedges recipe
Potato 3 medium size
Wash well
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tbsp
Mix well & keep aside
One egg
Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Chili flakes 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Mix well
Dip into beaten egg (substitute corn flour slurry)
Coat with bread crumbs
Greased tray
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 c for 30-40 mins
