Pie making is time consuming
Pie making is time consuming and not the easiest thing to do BUT check out this video using your microwave to do the cooking and the oven for the final browning. Our family has been using the microwave to bake pies since the 70's. People never believe us when we tell them it was made in the microwave but I hope you will give this method a try. Apple, cherry, peach, blackberry...try your favorite double crust fruit pie in the microwave.
