The Vorstadt carnival guild has been organizing this parade since 1965. The meeting is on Dornacherplatz, starting at 3 p.m. under the leadership of the Ober-Chinderchessler of the Vorstadt carnival guild.
The route leads through the old town and back to the suburbs. A snack (Weggli and Chnörzli) and punch for the accompanying persons await the Chessler offspring there.
