Suzuki burgman Slow speed problem racing

bs6 There is a adopter for scanner and u can see grey colour wire there.u have to join another wire. turn on the ignation. put the wire in minus terminal. and do the same for 5 times .and check the speeda meter if it turs (com1) then turn of ignation and disconnect all wires...And u can see the complaint will be normal
