2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar cream
200 ml water (¾ cup + 1 tbsp)
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Pinch of cinnamon
lemon juice
Vegetables:
2 carrots
2 parsley root
1 onion
celery root
olive oil
Salt
black pepper
Salad:
1 fennel
1 shallot
lemon juice
lettuce
