Rare Promo: Lord Alfred Hayes introduces "King" James Valiant

I read about this years ago but just recently got a clip of this promo of a rare heel run in Mid Atlantic by "Handsome" Jimmy Valiant as "King James" Valiant. I can only assume the Crown and cape were on loan from his buddy Jerry Lawler.
