In this video, you are going to learn about an electrical control panel that will be used to control a couple of reactors.

We are using Siemens S7 PLCs in the control panel. We have an S7-400 PLC as the main PLC.

This PLC in the main control panel is connected to the two remote I/O stations via an ethernet switch.

The main control panel will be installed in the control room and the remote I/Os will be installed in the field next to the field devices.

This video was recorded at the Pro-control workshop at De Rijp, Netherlands. They are experts at control system design and industrial automation.

If you want to get in contact with them you can check their website over at https://www.pro-control.nl/

If you have any questions regarding what you see in the video, add them in the comments below. We read each and every comment and reply to it in a day.
