Rebel Taliban Islamic militia forces are poised to attack the
capital, Kabul, after taking two key cities in eastern
Afganistan -- Jalalabad and Laghman.
After capturing Jalalabad, the Taliban's mullah heading its
"Ministry of Radio and Televison", Mohammed Ishaque Nizami,
decreed that un-Islamic culture would not be permitted.
