Almond biscuits according to the classic recipe made from almond flour will delight everyone! If there is no almond flour at hand, just fry the almonds and grind until coarsely ground (the almonds do not need to be peeled, otherwise there will be no characteristic flavor that the husk gives).

RECIPE
Whisk to peaks:
-2 egg whites
-1/2 tsp lemon juice
-a pinch of salt
Mix and add to whipped egg whites:
-240 cups almond flour
-240g cup powdered sugar
-30 g premium flour
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-1 tsp almond essence optional
-1 tsp vanilla as desired
powdered sugar for sprinkling
The dough should be so thick that the ball can be rolled in powdered sugar and it does not lose its shape. You may need a little more or less almond flour depending on the proteins.
