OSRS Phosani's Nightmare 7 Kill Trip (3 GM Times)

I do not personally believe this to be the most efficient setup.

As a reference, the most success I've found was 7 sanfews + 3 SCPs (6-7 kills on average, very consistent) and 6 sanfews + 4 SCPs (4-5 kills, potentially 9-10 kills with prayer potion drops).

If I was using harmonised orb, I'd bank imbued heart and purely use SGS for specs (no eldritch), but that method is far less forgiving since you'd be lacking heals from the Sanguinesti Staff.
