Shoulders: Life-Bound Shoulderpads (with 220 mastery above 90% hp)
Neck: Torc of Passed Time (with 220 mastery above 90% hp)
Ring: Signet of Titanic Insight

Builds -

Blades , Kidney , Dance , Symbols , Shadowstrike , Cold Blood, Secret Technique (you'd then weave in Shadowstrikes + Eviscerates  without gapping your stuns)

Blades , Dance , Gouge , Kidney , Shadowstrike , Eviscerate , Echoing Reprimand , Cold Blood , Secret Technique (you'd then weave in Shadowstrikes + Eviscerates  without gapping your stuns)
