Ingredients for Tas Kebab:

1 kg cubed beef
Two tomatoes
One onion
Two tablespoons of tomato paste
Two tablespoons of butter
Four tablespoons of olive oil
Two bay leaves
One teaspoon of flour
Two green peppers
One red pepper
Three large potatoes
One teaspoon of salt
1 liter of hot water
Black pepper

Preparation:
We wash our cubed meats thoroughly, drain the water and put it into the pan, add our olive oil and start to cook it. It’ll become watery, after it dries, we fry the finely chopped onion with bay leaf and butter for 5 minutes, then add tomato paste and flour and roast it a little more, then give the hot water, cover the lid and boil it for 50 minutes. We add pepper and salt and continue to cook it. If the water reduces until the meats are soft, you can add some water. While the meat gets cooked, we chop the potatoes in tiny ways, mix them with salt and oil and fry them in the oven heated to 180 °. We take our Tas kebab on a serving plate and serve it with fried potatoes on. Enjoy your meal..
