Servicing my Volvo Penta Md2040 engine on my Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 40 Yacht. In this boat life episode, I've documented the entire process, revealing the cost breakdown for the service, and sharing the challenges I faced along the way.

Challenges Faced:
Encountering air in the fuel system posed a significant challenge during the process. After two hours of unsuccessful attempts, time was running out. A heroic friend came to my rescue, dedicating five minutes to assist before both of us had to attend to our respective commitments. His check-in later in the week proved invaluable.
Diesel Dilemma:
Returning to the boat earlier than expected, I discovered a substantial diesel issue. The Delphi cav filter needed rebuilding due to a minor chip in one of the glass bowls. As a future plan, I'm considering swapping it for a Racor filter during winter, coupled with a comprehensive engine overhaul.
