Shark Tale GBA Speedrun Any% 11:59 WR

Finally, a sub 12. I really didn't think that this was possible until recently. A sub 11 is definitely not possible unless a lot of new tricks are discovered. I am really happy with this run and while it can be improved I probably won't try to get a better time.
