Online businesses are generally valued by taking a multiple of your monthly profit ranging from 20x-50x.  So if your monthly profit is $10,000 and you have a 30x multiple, then you can expect to sell your business for around $300,000.

Besides profit, there are many other factors that go into the valuation of your business including:

The type of business that you have (Amazon FBA, Drop Shipping, Affiliate Marketing, etc).

Your metrics like Monthly Website Visitors, Social Media Followers, Email Subscribers, etc.

The buyer will also take into account the age of your business, the type of niche your business is in and more.
