In this episode with Mrs. Galang are two of her more successful students, Ms. Tina Tee of Maryron Bakeshop and Ms. Nelly Co of that enterprise called Nathaniel's -- the name that has become synonymous to Pampanga's famous Buko Pandan Salad. .
Ms. Nelly very graciously shared one of her family's favorite recipes, a Chinese dish called Tim Nang, and was gamely assisted by Ms. Tina.
"Tim Nang" is very similar to the Japanese "Chawanmushi", and the Korean "Gyeran JJim" -- all savory egg custard dishes that make very nice accompaniments to a meal.
