Ingredients:

Sabudana (tapioca pearls)
Boiled potatoes 🥔
Roasted peanuts 🥜
Green chilies 🌶️
Salt 🧂
Oil for frying 🛢️


Instructions:

Rinse and soak the sabudana for a few hours until they soften.In a mixing bowl, combine the soaked sabudana, mashed potatoes, crushed peanuts, finely chopped green chilies, and salt.Mix everything well and shape the mixture into small patties.Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the patties until they turn golden brown and crispy. 🔥
