ECOTOURISM RUDEC offers an ecotourism challenge for the adventurous. The Bamenda Highlands is one of the most beautiful regions of Cameroon, and its lakes, waterfalls, mountains, traditional villages and friendly local people provide a visually and emotionally rewarding experience. RUDEC can arrange accommodation, and a range of activities, tailored to your preferences. This service includes hikes of all ability levels, horse riding, traditional dance and song performances, home stays, local site visits and tours of our current community projects. Your guide, Joshua, is an experienced local trekker, and fluent in both English and French. Prices depend on activities and length of stay. All profits are ploughed back into RUDEC projects, and so your holiday also supports the economic progress of our local people.
