Abstract acrylic painting is very fascinating, especially the squeegee technique, which was popularised by the German painter Gerhard Richter. I use the metallic colours "copper" and "bronze" and various acrylic colours in "green" and "blue" to paint a special squeegee painting in rust and patina with a large and small squeegee tool.

The video shows how I paint an abstract acrylic painting using acrylic paint and the squeegee technique after Gerhard Richter. My canvas is 60 x 60 cm. Gerhard Richter is one of the greatest German artists for me. In contrast to his large paintings and large squeegee tools, my canvas and squeegee tools are smaller.
