Recipe
∙  2 Chickens
∙  Salt & Pepper
∙  Olive oil

Extra Special Curry Sauce(Enough sauce for 2-3 chickens)
∙  1cup Mayonnaise
∙  1cup Peach Chutney
∙  ½cup White vinegar
∙  4 tablespoons Mild curry powder
∙  1 tablespoon HOT curry powder
∙  1 tablespoon Fine cumin
∙  ½ tablespoon Fine Fennel
∙  Pich of salt

 Durban Beachfront Pineapples
∙  Fresh Pineapples
∙  1cup White sugar
∙  1 teaspoon salt
∙  ⅓ cup HOT Chilli powder
∙  1 teaspoon fine Cinnamon( Secret!)
