We apply a ceramic coating
We apply a ceramic coating to a Tesla model Y that has soft clear coat (finicky paint.) Having a very soft clear coat (finicky paint) is not good for two reasons:
1. Gets micro scratches and swirl marks very easily
2. Very complicated to polish to near perfection
Even from delivery new cars have various paint defects which can only be removed by machine polishing. We apply 2 layers of a professional grade ceramic coating to this Tesla Model Y so it can have a sacrificial layer of protection against the elements and reduce the rate at which micro scratches are introduced throught the wash process.
Auto detailing is more than just dirty car detailing or filthy car detailing. It is an art which contains its science in order to achieve great results 👍
Im sorry I realized afterwards that I didnt take a recording of all the steps I took even though I mentioned them, I will do better next time.
