In this video I show you how easy it is to make perfect hard boiled eggs. No more runny yolk or overcooked green yolks. Using the techniques shown in this video I get a perfect result every single time.
I suggest starting off with the best quality eggs you can find. Ideally, from hens that are fed organic feed and are pastured. All our chickens and ducks free range on our farm so we are thankful we have an unlimited supply of quality eggs right in our own back yard. If you live in a house with a small yard consider raising your own chickens. My kids love raising and feeding their chickens and collecting eggs every morning. It's a great way for kids to learn about where their food comes from.
