Is Greg Doucette Promoting Disordered Eating? A FORMER BINGE EATER AND BULIMIC EXPLAINS
In this episode I discuss Greg Doucette's weight loss advice on how to lose weight and how to keep weight off.
Is he promoting disordered eating or creating disordered eaters? Is he disordered himself? Probably not but some of his advice is disconcerting. It reminds me orthorexia and anorexia.
