Hello friends. Today I have an amazingly delicious meat recipe for you. And probably, this recipe would be similar to many other recipes with meat, if not for the filling that I made for these meat rolls. The taste turned out just incredible, and for the filling I used the simplest and most affordable products that you can always find in your kitchen.
So, let's begin.
Let's get the meat ready.
Today I have such a good piece of pork chop, which I cut into 1 cm wide steaks.
We spread the steaks on a cutting board, cover with a plastic bag or cling film and beat off on both sides.
Now salt, pepper the meat to taste and sprinkle with spices. Dried garlic, sweet paprika and suneli hops are used as spices. Spices can be rubbed a little into the meat so that the meat is soaked with them faster. Turn the steaks over to the other side and also salt, pepper and sprinkle with spices.
While the meat is saturated with aromatic spices, we make the filling.
On a mixture of butter and vegetable oil, set to fry finely chopped onions and carrots, grated on a fine grater.
While the onions and carrots are fried, cut a few pickled cucumbers into small cubes. We also take 2-3 juicy, sweet and sour apples and cut them into small cubes. When carrots and onions become soft, put apples and pickled cucumbers in a pan. I do not add any supernatural spices to the filling, just a little bit of sugar (for a balanced taste), and also salt and pepper to taste.
We shift the filling into a bowl so that it cools faster, and you can start making our meat rolls. By the way, if you add a little boiled potatoes to this filling, you get an excellent warm salad for lunch or dinner.
We take one steak, put a tablespoon of the filling on it and wrap the filling in the meat. To prevent the steak from unrolling, I wrap it with strips of bacon. For one roll, we need two strips of raw bacon. Such bacon can be bought in Magnit or Pyaterochka. Thus, we wrap all the rolls. We make sure that the ends of the bacon are at the bottom of the rolls and do not turn around during heat treatment.
Ready rolls lay out a mold greased with vegetable oil.
We cover the form with foil and put it in the oven, heated to 180 ° for 35 - 40 minutes. Then we remove it in foil, turn on convection and leave the meat in the oven for another 15-20 minutes to form a beautiful crust. And here are such beautiful, but most importantly, incredibly tasty meat rolls with filling. We got it.
RECIPE:
Pork chop - 800 - 900 g (9 steaks)
Raw bacon - 400 g (18 strips)
Salt, pepper to taste
Dried garlic - 1 teaspoon
Sweet paprika - 1 teaspoon
Suneli hops - 1 teaspoon
FILLING:
Onion - 1 piece (100 g)
Carrot - 1 piece (100 g)
Apple - 2 pcs (150 g)
Pickled cucumbers - 2 - 3 pieces (250 g)
Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
Butter - 30 g
Sugar - 0.5 tsp
Salt, pepper to taste
