In this detailed video I have mentioned some important aspects and weaknesses of DHA Phase 1 Islamabad. It goes without saying that DHA is considered to be a well reputed and reliable housing society across Pakistan. It has earned its name in a short span of time like Bahria Town. This society was established by the welfare organization of the Armed Forces of Pakistan for the welfare of Pakistan army soldiers at the time of need particularly at the age of their retirement.
The high ranking officials of Pakistan army are given plots usually in DHA during their job tenure. It is up to the soldier if he or she wants to sell his plots to a private firm or a person subsequently.
