Spektrum DX6 Tips & Techniques for Newbies! This video will discuss the Horizon Hobby Spektrum DX6 RC transmitter and tip and tricks that you can use to program the system. The Spektrum DX6 can store 250 models in its computer memory. This include four model types: Acro (regular fixed wing aircraft), Sailplane, Helicopter and Quadcopter. There are two types of lists in the computer. The first one shown, when setting up a new model, is the System Setup List. The System Setup List is used when a model is entered into the memory for the first time, and consists of actions usually done just one. Examples would be Model Type, Model Name and Telemetry. After the System Setup List is entered, the DX6 will then go to the Function List. The Function List contains items that might be adjusted from time to time while flying your model, and include servo setup, servo reversing, differential and range test. Also covered are the Spektrum DX6 voice alerts, which are a very handy feature of this transmitter.
