ingredients
750 grams chicken
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
6 to 7 green chillies or as per taste
3 to 4 cloves
3 to 4 cardomons
3 to 4 peppercorns
2 to 3 small sticks of cinnamon
2 bay leaves
2 big onions
1/4 cup cashews
1/4 cup fresh coconut
salt to taste
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup yoghurt / dahi
milk  or water to adjust consistency

for tadka or baghar
1 small onion sliced
2 to 3 whole dried red chillies
